The gum wall part of an alley below the bustling market. People chew gum and then stick the gum onto the wall. It's become a big touristy thing to do. Sort of like the love lock bridge in Paris only gushier. In a way it's public art which Seattle is big on. Pa, Wendy, and I, saw the alley from above but didn't venture down into it.
Back in mid-summer I took the kids to Pike Market where we gave a contribution.
